Zásilkovna will inform you about the shipment by email and SMS.

2. Delivery to address

Shipping FREE for CZ and SK – over 2000 CZK including VAT

After receiving the shipment, Zásilkovna will inform you by email and SMS.

Payment options:

1. Cash on delivery

• You pay for the goods upon receipt of the shipment from the carrier
• If delivered via the Zásilkovna courier service, payment can be made in cash or by card.

2. Bank transfer in CZK

• After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email
• Ordered goods are shipped on the day the payment is credited to our bank account
• We will wait for your payment for 7 business days. If the amount is not credited to our account by then, we will have to cancel the order.

3. ONLINE card payment + Apple Pay / Google Pay

• You pay for the goods online with your payment card
