Returns and Complaints
We are sorry if you are not satisfied with our product. All our products are handmade with the utmost care and attention to quality. However, it can still happen that something is not right, and in such cases, we are here for you.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it without giving a reason within the statutory 14-day period. The withdrawal period lasts 14 calendar days and starts running the working day after receiving the goods.
Returning Goods
Returned goods must be in their original condition. That means undamaged, complete, and without signs of wear. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the costs associated with restoring the item to its original condition from the refunded amount.
Please ensure the package is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. If you received a gift with your order, it must be returned together with the goods.
Once we receive and inspect the package, we will refund the amount to your account no later than 10 working days. We will inform you by email upon receipt of the package.
Complaints
All our products come with a statutory warranty period of 24 months.
If a defect appears on your product, please write to us at info@ashariya.cz and attach a photo of the damage. We will agree on the next steps together.
The item under complaint must be properly packed and sent back to our address. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair, replace, or offer an appropriate solution. We will process the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt.
Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, unsuitable care of the product, or excessive wear.
How to send the goods back?
If you decide to return or complain about the product, simply pack it carefully (ideally in the original packaging), include the completed withdrawal form or complaint form, and send the package via Zásilkovna to this address:

- order number
- bank account number for the refund
Once we receive the package and everything is in order, we will refund your money no later than 14 days from receipt. In case of discrepancies, we will contact you at the email provided during the order.
